DAY 1 I ATHENS
Arrival in Athens, meet your assistant and transfer to your hotel. Welcome cocktail with Greek traditional drinks followed by dinner at "Dionysos" restaurant. A unique location under the shadow of Acropolis which offers you a warm welcome in Greece. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 2 I ATHENS
After breakfast, depart for your Athens sightseeing tour including the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Our expert guide will take you to see the center of the city, Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. On your way to the Acropolis you will see Hadrian's Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and have a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Modern Olympic Games in 1896 were held. At the Acropolis, visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally the famous Parthenon. Your first taste of Athens would not be complete without a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a modern architectural building where, at last, the statues have found their home and admire the wonders and architectural masterpieces of the classical era (Mondays closed). After the tour, join us in tasting Greece and grab your chance to learn how to prepare many of the legendary Greek Dishes, such as the stuffed vegetable dishes, moussaka, the garlicky tzatziki, the delicious aubergine salad, the several renowned Greek pies and desserts. Return to the hotel. Dinner at Kuzina Restaurant, a place where the delicious food is perfectly coupled with the environment in a very inspired mixture of modern and traditional Greek elements. DAY 3 I ATHENS I DELPHI
Enjoy your breakfast and depart for your tour to Delphi. Located on the slopes of Mount Parnasus, Delphi, once believed as the center, "Naval" of the Earth, is the home of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. At the oracle of Apollo, Pythia, the high priestess of the temple, under the influence of the ancient god Apollo, delivered her famous prophesies. You will also visit the Treasury of the Athenians and the Delphi Museum, which hosts valuable pieces of art like the famous bronze charioteer. Lunch at "Patriko Mas" restaurant. A family house palette of flavors can be enjoyed in any part of the restaurant you choose. Return to Athens. Dinner in "Psiri" area at the center of old Athens. Overnight in Athens. (B,L,D)

DAY 4 I ATHENS I MYCENAE I EPIDAURUS I ATHENS
Enjoy your breakfast and depart by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea (short stop). Drive to Mycenae, the city of Atreides, the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs. On the way to Nafplion, you will visit the Skouras Winery and have the chance to taste the unique quality of their wines. Depart for Nafplion through the fertile plain of Argolis, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress. Lunch at a local restaurant in Mycenae. After your lunch, depart for Epidaurus to visit the Theatre (4th century B.C.) famous for its astonishing acoustics. Return to Athens by the National road. Our dinner experience tonight is at Varoulko, where Chef Lazarou proudly presents you with the best gourmet ideas and explains personally at your table , the most creative ways to prepare seafood. Each one of the dishes you will taste is a new surprise. Overnight in Athens. (B,L,D)

DAY 5 I ATHENS I SANTORINI
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Santorini. Upon arrival on the Island of Santorini, transfer to your luxury hotel for check in. Depart from the hotel and visit the Monastery of Profitis Ilias. From here you can see the surrounding islands and, on a clear day, the mountains of Crete, more than 100 km (66 mi) away. Pyrgos can be found at the highest point of Santorini, with panoramic views of the whole island all the way to the village of Oia. This hillside village was declared a protected settlement in 1995. The tour ends with a unique cooking lesson and lunch at Selene restaurant. We welcome you at Selene Restaurant with fresh juice, coffee and traditional Greek cookies. In the evening you will depart to explore the capital of Santorini, the "Fira Town", on a walking tour. With views to the volcano, the magical colors of the sunset and the glorious Aegean Sea, you will enjoy your welcome dinner at Archipelagos restaurant. Overnight in Santorini. (B,L,D)

DAY 6 I SANTORINI
After breakfast, your day begins with a half day tour to Akrotiri. After your tour you will visit the Koutsoyannopoulos Wine Museum. Being the only one of its kind in Greece, the Koutsoyannopoulos Wine Museum occupies a natural cave. The Koutsoyannopoulos Wine Museum presents the history of wine and the life of vine-growers in Santorini since the 1600s. You will have the opportunity to see representations of the history of wine and to taste four of the best wines that the winery produces today in a specially designed wine-tasting area. Lunch will follow at Feggera restaurant or at the winery in Megalochori. In the afternoon you will visit "Oia", the traditional settlement in the north of Santorini. The village is approximately 150 meters above sea level. Oia was severely damaged in the 1956 earthquake and much work has been involved to implement its restoration. The beauty of Oia is unsurpassed. In fact, it is almost impossible to describe in words. Small white houses tier the hillside, interspersed by splashes of rich okra, deep fuchsia, cobalt blue, oyster pink and earthy red. Dinner in the old town of Oia at Kandouni restaurant. Overnight in Santorini. (B,L,D)

DAY 7 I SANTORINI
After breakfast, your tour begins with two of the most important spots on Santorini Island. First we drive to Mesa Gonia, the ghost village which was deserted after the earthquake of 1956 and holds tradition, history and unique architecture. Then we'll visit the Art Space Winery, a caved-in old winery that holds the exhibitions of approximately 200 top Greek and foreign artists. In this old winery, dating back to 1861, representative works of art from the sphere of painting and sculpture are on display and visitors have the opportunity to learn about the winemaking tradition in its modern winery. Ammos restaurant awaits you to satisfy any of your culinary appetite! In the evening, experience a ceremonial wine tasting at the winery of your luxury hotel. After the wine tasting, you will enjoy a farewell dinner at the private area of Vinsanto Restaurant. (B,L,D)

DAY 8 I SANTORINI TO USA
After your breakfast, transfer to Santorini airport to take your flight back home. (B)
