DAY 1 I BORDEAUX
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. This evening we will participate on a walking tour of the pedestrian area of Bordeaux. The guide will take you to one of the most prestigious monuments in Bordeaux: the Grand-Theatre. They will start by asking you to look up and admire the sculptures of muses and goddesses overlooking the Place de la Comedie as well as the city's famous mascarons (stone faces), wrought iron balconies, historic inscriptions, and a host of other architectural details. We will stop and taste the famous "canneles". Dinner is on your own (we recommend a stop in Gordon Ramsey's restaurant).

DAY 2 I BORDEAUX
The pleasure of discovering Bordeaux continues with a walk along the quays and an opportunity to admire the unique panorama over the Garonne River. The reflecting pond in front of Place de La Bourse has become emblematic of the city. Nearby, old Bordeaux features numerous charming squares surrounded by restaurants. Thanks to the guide, you will also be pleasantly surprised to discover, hidden at the end of a narrow street in the heart of the Saint Pierre district, Square Vinet and its green wall. The tour ends at Place de la Bourse and a visit to Bordeaux Patrimoine Mondial, the new center that explains Bordeaux's architectural heritage, as well as the Bordeaux of tomorrow thanks to multimedia tools. In the afternoon, experience your first impression of wine. Meet your guide and then you will drive to Graves Vineyards. Visit of Graves cru class and wine tasting, then direction of Loupiac for another tasting. Return to the hotel. Dinner on your own. (B)

DAY 3 I BORDEAUX I ST. EMILION I BORDEAUX
This morning depart for a city tour of St. Emiliion. Discover the essentials of Saint-Emilion including the impressive church monolith. Follow your guide by browsing several centuries of history! From the birth of the village in the 8th century to the French Revolution and through English domination, discover the rich past of Saint-Emilion through its main monuments. Tertre, cloister, City gate, fortifications and underground monuments. This afternoon lunch will be at a restaurant in Saint-Emilion where you will enjoy the local cuisine and wine of the region. Followed by a UNESCO Vineyard tour where you will discover the first World Heritage Vineyard by UNESCO in 1999! During this tour by bus, your guide will show you the characteristics of the vineyard of Saint-Emilion, its history, and its castles. Then meet a winemaker, living symbol of this know-how. For the pleasure of the taste buds: A tasting is of course included! Return to Bordeaux. Dinner on your own. (B,L)

DAY 4 I BORDEAUX I ANGOULEME AND CHARENTE I BORDEAUX
This morning depart to Angouleme to take your guided tour of the Holy, flourishing Gallo-Roman city. Witness the Amphitheatre and the Arch of Germanicus, an important monastic center. This afternoon enjoy a lunch cruise on the Charente. You will have the opportunity to marvel the incredible landscapes that are available to you, the Holy ones to Port of Envaux with a U-turn in front of the castle of Panloy. This afternoon head towards Cognac for a visit of cellars Martell (the oldest of the large cognac houses) which creates cognacs known and appreciated for three centuries. Each step of the creation of Cognac will be explained to you by a guide. You will also have a Cognac tasting. This evening, head back to Bordeaux for dinner on your own. (B,L)

DAY 5 I BORDEAUX I ARCACHON I BORDEAUX
This morning head towards the Atlantic Ocean. Arrive in Arcachon, where you will get on a boat privatized for a cruise by the sailor. Program includes: the bird, the huts, oysters Parks Island and the peninsula of Cap Ferret. Stop for an oyster tasting in the village of Canon followed by Cap Ferret for lunch. Continuation of the cruise through the Pilat Dune and the Banc D'arguin. Return to Bordeaux this evening for dinner on your own. (B,L)

DAY 6 I BORDEAUX I BERGERAC I NEUVIC I PERIGUEUX I BORDEAUX
This morning depart from Bordeaux towards Bergerac to start the discovery of Bergerac with your local guide. Bergerac is the homeland of Cyrano, this huge heroic character. At the end of the tour, we will visit House of wines of Bergerac for a tasting of 2 wines. Free time for lunch. Departure for Neuvic and the caviar. In 2013, installed along the river Isle, the Caviar of Neuvic brand was born. At the heart of the area, spread over 20 hectares, you will discover a fish farm dedicated to the breeding of sturgeons. The mysteries of the development of caviar will be revealed with passion by the site manager, who will introduce you to the tasting of the delicate flavors of this rare dish. Upon arrival in Perigueux, go back to the origins of the city and find places that have marked the history of Vesunna ancient, which became City County in the eighth century. You will discover the Cathedral Saint-Etienne to the city, first Church of Perigueux, then La Cathedrale St Front discover a monument emblematic of Perigueux, located on the way to Santiago de Compostela and which served as a model for the construction of the Sacred Heart in Montmartre. Access to the Saint-Jacques Chapel. Return to Bordeaux this evening for dinner on your own. (B)

DAY 7 I BORDEAUX TO USA
Transfer to the airport to take your flight back home. (B)
